1Initial Consultation
We start with a personal consultation to understand your vision for transforming your heirloom into a stunning, reimagined piece.
2Assessment
Our expert designers then examine your heirloom's condition and structure, and evaluate the integrity of the gemstones, metals, and other elements. Chipped or damages stones are often times unable to be reset.
3Design Vision
We then collaborate with you to develop initial design concepts to ensure your piece is a perfect reflection of the sentimental value and your unique taste.
4Client Approval
Next, we finalize the design plan (and create sketches or renderings, as applicable) and provide an estimated quote for your approval.
5Expert Craftsmanship
Using incredible attention to detail combined with exceptional craftsmanship, we transform the vision into reality. Every gemstone is carefully handled and every setting is precisely crafted to ensure the highest quality of your beautiful new piece.

Our resets start at $500 and go up depending on the scope of the project.
Custom projects can take several weeks from start to finish. Typically it ranges from 4 to 20 weeks.
We provide insurance coverage for your items while they are in our possession and during transit (while using our shipping labels). We will request an estimated value of your pieces, along with an appraisal or GIA certificate if available prior to sending them to us.
When your project is finished, you can choose to have us melt your scrap metal for cash, which will be applied to the final cost of your project, or we can return the metal to you. If you opt for melting the metal, please note there is a 15% service fee.
